Dear Child

            When you don’t feel appreciated let Me remind you, I created you with My very own hands I sustain your life, I bring comfort and provide what you need. I will do what you need to believe you are mine. How about another sunset to kiss you goodnight? Can I place more stars in the sky to make your eyes sparkle? My child just ask and I will answer, just seek and I will help you find, knock on the door and I will open the one I want you to walk through.

            Child close your eyes and let Holy Spirit remind you of My everlasting love I have for you, to give you peace. I will fill you with joy as you walk in obedience. I am always here for you, listen for my voice when you don’t know what to do, you will hear me give divine direction. When you need a friend you will hear Me whisper “I am here”. When you need comfort, you will hear me call to you, “come to Me”. Be still and know I am your heavenly Father and you are My precious daughter.

            Remember My ways are higher than yours and My thoughts are not your thoughts. But know this; I delight when you come close to know My ways and to know My thoughts. It is time to surrender your fears, your insecurities and your loved ones to Me completely. Don’t let your circumstances hold your heart hostage. Do not throw away this confident trust in Me, remember the great reward it brings. Patient endurance is what you need now.

Promises

Here is my life story in 6 words
Presence, Potential, Dance, Despair, Rescued, Radiance

Because of your Promises to me, In your presence is fullness of joy, because I am made in the image of God I will never run out of potential to be what you have called me to be.

I listen for Your voice singing my song into my life to discover Your marvelous love for me for You delight in me. We dance on the clouds of heaven just for adventure.

I once was in despair but you lifted me on the rock that is higher than I and rescued me from the pit. The Kingdom of God is within and I carry your Presence everywhere I go and Your light shines through me to others for your glory.

You have redeemed me and given me new life. My life is a testimony of Your faithfulness and loving kindness.

My Dear Child

Karen was brave enough to try my Challenge of 6 words for her life story and I created this prose from God’s word.

Lonely, Rejected, Rescued, Loved, Joyful, Confidence.

My dear child,
            You were Lonely and rejected, not My heart for you; do not fear for I am with you. For I am your God and I will strengthen you, surely I will uphold you with My Righteous Right hand.
            I have rescued you out of the hand of the enemy by the blood of the lamb. I have loved you with an everlasting love. I am the lifter of your head and I place you on the highest mountain to seek after Me.
            Remember My favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but joy comes in the morning and I will sing over you with delight. I knew you before you were born and made you with my very own hands. You are one of a kind and highly valuable.
            Come boldly before the throne of grace and receive mercy; for you are mine, be strong and courageous for I the LORD your God is the one who goes with you. Come daily before me and I will order your steps.
