Apples of Gold

Happy Monday:

A timely word spoken is lovely as apples of gold in a silver basket.

Listen to these words and it will be well with your soul….
Fruitful words are words that bring life and the kiss that awakens us from the slumber of a crushed spirit. Take time today to speak fruitful words over yourself, your spouse, your kids, or whoever crosses your path today. Speak Life! When you speak Life into people you are being prophetic by bringing them hope of their future into their present

Your tongue is controlled by your heart. What you put in your heart is what comes out of your mouth. Alan Weber

Speak life into those you meet this week!

Psalm 19:14, Proverbs 18:21, 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, Proverbs 16:24, Proverbs 15:4,26, Proverbs 25:11

WAGE PEACE

I was learning about peace this past week and found that the word “peace” is not just some poetic word that is passive and thought it interesting enough to share a portion.

Wage Peace - Contrary to modern Western thought, peace is a fairly violent word.
In Greek, peace means to obtain quietness by removing what seeks to distract and destroy you. It is not a compliant serenity but an aggressive taking out, a forceful extraction.

Peace has a very similar meaning in Hebrew. When we study the Hebrew pictographs that comprise the word peace, we find that it, too, is not merely a state of mind; it means to destroy or remove the chaos and anarchy around you.
So based on this understanding, when Jesus said, “Peace be with you,” He was not simply greeting His disciples. No, He was issuing a command to the chaos and anarchy in their lives. Essentially, He was saying, “May the chaos and anarchy that are trying to keep you from doing what God wants you to do be removed from your life.”

Peace is not a passive word. The peace of God has the strength to root up and demolish every single work of darkness that is meant to keep God’s Kingdom from advancing. When peace comes, it literally destroys the work of the evil one (1 John 3:8). It tears apart the anarchy around us. It dissolves the tumult.

We could say that God’s peace is a weapon, not just our refuge. Peace IS the power to live a life without being dominated by fear, chaos, and anarchy. That is why it is called the “gospel of peace.” Zacharias, the father of John the Baptist, prophesied that the Messiah, Jesus, would bring light into darkness and provide a way to “guide our feet into the way of peace.” Peace pushes back the darkness. John Paul Jackson – Mystery of Peace.

Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Your heart must not be troubled or fearful. I have told you this so that my peace will be with you. In the world you will have trouble. But cheer up! I have overcome the world.

The Gates of Peace are opening. I am calling you, my people, to walk through these gates. Faith is the substance of things hoped for. Your faith has been tried as precious gold. You have been through the fire, at times beyond endurance.   It is time now to take the hand of the King of Glory who is calling you. You have been set on this journey to strengthen you, and to encourage you to bring to completion that which I have promised.

Be joyful. Grow to maturity. Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace. Then the God of love and peace will be with you. Come into the light of this glorious new day.  My beloved walk through the gates, yes, the Gates of Peace are open in this hour.
How will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things! How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace and brings glad tidings of good things.

Trust Me! Dance before Me! Sing with joy! My joy is full and knows no bounds. Your morning of peace has arrived.
Romans 10:15, Luke 1:79,  John 14:27, Hebrews 11:1, Psalm 24:7-10, John 15:1, John 16:22, Isaiah 52:6-8, 1Peter 1:8

Have a great week waging peace for the kingdom!

A Treasure of Truth

Good Morning,
Have I not given you the spirit of power, love, and of a sound mind? Then why do you go about like you don’t have what it takes to make it in this world? Believe in what I tell you to do and rest in My faithfulness.

You are Mine, I myself have called you. Remember my thoughts are higher than your thoughts and my ways are higher than yours.  I made you with a purpose and a plan. I have seen all the days of your life before you lived even one of them.   I see you differently than you see yourself. You see what you’ve done, but I see the plans I have for you. You see where you’ve been, but I see where I am leading you.  I have you covered; I will use every mistake you’ve made to make you wiser. As My child, you have the privilege and the choice to live a life filled with joy, adventure, passion, and purpose. Release yourself from the past and let Me bring healing to your soul, leave the past behind so you can be ready for what I have for you.

Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
Now ask Me to do a new thing, to make a way for you and to increase your faith in ways you never dreamed possible. You must stir up your gifts and be ready no matter where you go and expect to see Me move in your midst with signs, wonders, and miracles. And most of all you must be ready at any time to see Me call you forth as a mighty army

I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

Isaiah 43:19, Isaiah 55:9, Isaiah 49:1, 2 Timothy 1:7, Hebrews 4:16,            Psalm 139:13-14, Jeremiah 1:5

Your past does not have to define you anymore….it is finished. Now go and be ready for a great week!
