My Dear Child

Karen was brave enough to try my Challenge of 6 words for her life story and I created this prose from God’s word.

Lonely, Rejected, Rescued, Loved, Joyful, Confidence.

My dear child,
You were Lonely and rejected, not My heart for you; do not fear for I am with you. For I am your God and I will strengthen you, surely I will uphold you with My Righteous Right hand.
I have rescued you out of the hand of the enemy by the blood of the lamb. I have loved you with an everlasting love. I am the lifter of your head and I place you on the highest mountain to seek after Me.
Remember My favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but joy comes in the morning and I will sing over you with delight. I knew you before you were born and made you with my very own hands. You are one of a kind and highly valuable.
Come boldly before the throne of grace and receive mercy; for you are mine, be strong and courageous for I the LORD your God is the one who goes with you. Come daily before me and I will order your steps.

Psalm 25:16, 1 Samuel 12:22, Psalm 34:17-20, Job 6:23, Isaiah 41:10, Jeremiah31:3, Zephaniah 3:17, Deuteronomy 31:6, Hebrews 4:16

If anyone one else wants to try the challenge I will write one for you too...

Smile

Good Morning,
It seems I had another trying week, drama at work, missed the First Wednesday Service, I really hate to miss seeing God at work. I seem to not do well in the heat either that is why I missed, and I had laptop issues, (resolved – Yea!).  And Yet I will praise the Lord! For His mercies are new every morning!
I asked God, “Who am I?” and He answered “You are Mine!” You hold my head up, Remind me who I am; I am alive in you again! My gentle Redeemer, the great I AM, makes all things new… Psalm 138:3, Psalm 18:6
Here is something to start your week with a smile

Have a great week and remember who lifts you up!

Write Your Life Story In 6 Words

I have a challenge for you to consider: Write your life story in 6 words, only 6 words.

You don't have to find scripture or have same letters, I just wanted to make sure it was worthy, since I know sweet friends you will come up with some good words, and here are some examples, sentences or random words, motto you live by, be creative. (ok I cheated on the examples)

Once I got started I couldn’t stop, I hope you participate in this amusing exercise. I am curious to see what others will write. I think I will write a prose from my 6 words, if you send in your words I will write one for you.

1.      Brought low and He rescued me
2.      Your music, love, fuels my soul
3.       Realizing I deserved better changed everything
4.      God’s words confessed materialize God’s thoughts
5.      Choose this day whom you’ll serve

Here is my life story in 6 words
Presence – John 1:1, Psalm 139:16
Potential – Jeremiah 29:11, 1 Corinthians 2:9
Dance – Zephaniah 3:17, Jeremiah 31:3
Despair- Psalm 42:5, Psalm 40:12
Rescued – Colossians 1:13, Psalm 61:2
Radiance- Hebrew 1:3, Revelation 21:11, Ezekiel 1:28
